Got Bagels ?  Here’s a great way to use them !

What you need:
Bagel
Plastic knife
Yarn or string
Peanut butter or lard
Birdseed
Cookie sheet
Plate

Work over a cookie sheet to make clean up easier.

Cut the bagel in half so you still have a hole in each half.

On each flat side spread peanut butter or lard.

Sprinkle birdseed on your plate.

Take the bagel and press the buttered side into the birdseed.

Loop the yarn, or string, through the hole in the bagel and tie the ends together.

Hang outside on a tree branch in such a way the birds can sit on another branch nearby while they eat.
